1. Scope
FrankenFrame is provided by Platon Aifert, Hauptstraße 298, 72525 Münsingen, Germany. Contact: support@frankenframe.app, telephone +49 7381 7568054. The App is distributed through the Mac App Store. Its licence is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The information below explains the product, trial, purchases and statutory rights; it does not replace that licence with a custom EULA.
2. Licence
You may use the App as permitted by Apple’s Standard EULA and the applicable App Store Usage Rules, including any applicable sharing and volume-purchase rules. The App is licensed, not sold.
3. Trial and purchase
The App offers a free 3-day trial, activated using “Start 3-day Trial - Free” and confirmed through StoreKit. The trial begins on successful activation, not on download or first launch. Its original start date is taken from the verified StoreKit transaction. Restoring the trial does not start a new trial.
During the trial, all composition tools are available. After it ends, those tools are locked unless the Full Version non-consumable in-app purchase has been made. This one-time purchase permanently unlocks the composition tools of the purchased product. It is not a subscription: the trial does not automatically become a paid purchase and no automatic charge occurs when it ends. The price, including applicable taxes, is shown by the App Store before confirmation. Restore Purchases is available in the app.
Payments and refund requests are processed through Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Mandatory statutory rights, including rights concerning defective digital products and any applicable withdrawal rights, remain unaffected by this procedure.
4. Updates
We provide updates necessary to maintain the App’s conformity, including required security updates, and inform users of their availability to the extent and for the period required by applicable law. For consumers in Germany, this includes § 327f BGB.
Beyond these obligations and the agreed functionality, additional new features and separate future major products are not included automatically. They may be offered separately. This does not limit statutory update duties or rights concerning the purchased product.
5. Acceptable use
Use the App lawfully and respect third-party rights. The applicable licence restrictions and statutory exceptions are set out in Apple’s Standard EULA. FrankenFrame does not grant rights to reproduce or publish images, films or other content displayed in other apps.
6. Disclaimer and liability
Your mandatory statutory rights concerning the provision and conformity of digital products remain unaffected. This includes any applicable rights to remedies, price reduction or termination. Nothing on this page excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or under applicable product-liability law.
7. Governing law
Mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable to you remain unaffected. The governing-law provisions of Apple’s Standard EULA apply to the licence; this information page does not introduce a conflicting choice of law.
8. Apple
The respective responsibilities of Apple and the developer are governed by the applicable App Store terms, Apple’s Standard EULA and mandatory law. Contact us for questions about the App’s functionality or support; use Apple’s purchase channels for billing and refund requests.

1. Geltungsbereich
FrankenFrame wird von Platon Aifert, Hauptstraße 298, 72525 Münsingen, Deutschland, bereitgestellt. Kontakt: support@frankenframe.app, Telefon +49 7381 7568054.
